Little Brother uses the design element of size to show 2 children holding another person, who seems a lot smaller than normal because of the perspective. Overall I like the picture, I don't see any problem with it. -Adam
In "Untitled", she photographer used size to create this illusion. They had 2 kids stand a little way away from the camera and hold their hands up. There was also a person standing way in the background. This created the illusion that the person in the background was tiny and the 2 children and holding him up. This picture is well done and pretty realistic.

Little brother uses the perfect proportions for this photo. I feel that this photo gives a sense of irony and is very well done!

"Little Brother" is another example of how size is used to create effect in a forced perspective photo. There is something about the symmetry of the children in the forefront and the placement of their hands that really makes the illusion work. The line of the hands draws the viewer's eye right to the tiny boy they are holding. As a result, the background seems to recede away from the "little brother." You really have to scrutinize the picture to see that one of his feet is clearly on the pavement. Focusing right on the middle of the photo, as the viewer would naturally do, produces a belevable illusion. --Mrs. Barber-Breese
